Background/Description of Requirement
Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government as needed to perform the Statement of Work below:
• Seven hours of individual coaching provided to six team members
• Three 2-hour group coaching meetings facilitated by executive coach
• Customize agenda with team leader, create learning activities for three 2-hour group coaching meetings
• Provide seven sets of training materials for team kick-off session
• Provide one set of team lead materials to 2 designated individuals
Bank of 6 hours to be used for project management and/or to integrate new members.
