The Office for Disparities and Workforce Diversity (ODWD), National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), National Institute of Health (NIH), require professional coaching services to develop and improve the leadership skills of the staff within the office. The Office currently consists of eleven (11) staff members.
The Contractor will provide multiple methodologies designed to strengthen, sustain, and improve leadership skills within ODWD. The Contractor shall provide the following services: forty hours of individual coaching provided to eleven team members; Group coaching which includes up to three 2-hour group coaching meetings facilitated by the executive coach, plus preparation to include customizing agenda with team leader, creating learning activities and conducting after action debrief; Bank of 8 hours to be used for project management and/or in the event of changes in staffing to integrate new members.
In an effort by NIH to consolidate, create, and standardize new organizational structures with the goal of achieving increased administrative efficiencies, NIMH requires a Contractor that will provide 84 hours of professional consulting services during the contract performance period and bank of 8 hours to be used for project management and/or in the event of changes in staffing to integrate new members.
The contractor shall provide the following services:
- Forty hours of individual coaching provided to eleven team members.
- Group coaching: Includes up to three 2-hour group coaching meetings facilitated by the executive coach, plus preparation to include customizing agenda with the team leader, creating learning activities, and conducting after-action debriefs.
Bank of 8 hours to be used for project management, emergent team issues, and/or to integrate new members.
LEVEL OF EFFORT:
The Professional Services Coach will provide 84 hours of services during the contract performance period.
GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Government will not furnish IT equipment.
DELIVERY OR DELIVERABLES:
The Contractor will provide 84 hours of professional consulting services during the contract performance period. Within that period the contractor shall deliver the following services: Seven hours of individual coaching provided to eleven team members.
Group coaching: Includes up to three 2-hour group coaching meetings facilitated by the executive coach, plus preparation to include customizing agenda with the team leader, creating learning activities, and conducting after-action debrief.
Bank of 8 hours to be used for project management, emergent team issues, and/or to integrate new members.
Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include: unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
All responses must be received by closing date and must reference the announcement. Responses may be submitted electronically to the attention of the contract specialist. Fax responses will not be accepted.
