IMPORTANT: This is a request for quotations. Supplies are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated by quoter. Any representations and/or certifications attached to this Request for Quotation must be completed by the quoter.

 

Requirement Description

NCATS recently purchased a Labcyte Access 1903 and Echo 655 system. Although this system has its own software to operate, the intent is to integrate this system with our primary high throughput screening (HTS) system. Our HTS system currently runs on software developed and supported by FujiFilm, so the objective is to have the LabCyte system installed at their facility in San Diego so they can integrate it with their software such that when it is done the system can be sent back to NCATS to be incorporated as part of our HTS platform. We bought this as part of a LabCyte Access system last year. We now want to integrate this platform to our primary screening system, the big Kalypsys robot. To allow that, we need to change the code which requires us to change the firmware of the Precise Robotics robot component.

Delivery/Warranty

Offerors should indicate an estimated delivery time in full after receipt of an order and any other training or warranty or software licenses applicable. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at NCATS located at 9800 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, MD 20852.

 

An estimated number of days for delivery after receipt of an order must be specified in any quote submitted. Delivery terms anticipated for FOB-Destination shall apply.

 

Contract Type:

A Fixed-Price type of Purchase Order award not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold is anticipated for any contract resulting from this requirement. The anticipated award date is September 19, 2020.
