Description of Requirement:

The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) requires a Preventative Maintenance agreement with on-site repairs for the Tecan Spark Microplate reader in the ADST Group at NCATS. The Tecan Spark is a microplate reader capable of measuring fluorescence, absorbance, and luminescence. The ADST group depends on this reader to run its high throughput assays to invest in a full-service plan for the upkeep and maintenance of the Tecan Spark System. A Service/Maintenance agreement will help to ensure this system can be used regularly with minimal interruption per the specific requirements of the attached STATEMENT OF WORK.

The Quoters are to include a completed copy of the attached provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Products and Commercial Services (May 2024), with its quote.

The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of the FAR 52.212-3 provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) accessed through https://www.sam.gov. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (v) of the FAR 52.212-3 provision.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
