National Instruments is the only data science company that currently offers this combination of features in their proprietary software and we are using them currently in our facility. This is an renewal of an annual license subscription.
Background/Description of Requirement
We need a 12 month license for software products that must perform custom algorithmic analysis of images from high content screening devices and compound plate quality control so we can keep compliant and secure. It must allow us to integrate with other software and third party products and allow us to provision, deploy, trigger, monitor, measure, track and ensure the security of many components used in our robotic high throughput screening system. The vendor shall be responsible for renewing NCATS’ access to a database that meets the following criteria: • Renewal of maintenance for a systems design software • Usable to operate commonly used equipment in our laboratory, such as the BioRaptr • Capable of creating and implementing software for high level robotics, such as the Kalypsys and Tox21 • Software should be capable of custom algorithmic analysis of images from high content screening devices and compound plate quality control

Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include: unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.

All responses must be received by closing date and must reference the announcement. Responses may be submitted electronically to the attention of the contract specialist. Fax responses will not be accepted.
