The analysis software is hosted by Partek and for 12 Month term. The software is recommended by NIH library bioinformatics support for data analysis.
Background Information and Objective: The SCTL requires the acquisition of three (3) of Partek Flow Lab Edition, Government Account, three (3) RNA-Seq Toolkit for Partek Flow, Government Account. 12 Month, three (3) of Single Cell Toolkit for Partek Flow, Government Account. 12 Month, three (3) of Pathway Toolkit for Partek Flow, Government Account. 12 Month and there of ATAC/ChIP-Seq Toolkit for Partek Flow, Government Account. 12 Month to enable biologist to perform data analysis and covered multiple NGS applications such as bulkRNAseq, single cell RNAseq, pathway analysis and ATACseq analysis.
Partek Flow is an integrated bioinformatics/biological content platform for the analysis of various microarray, and NGS data sets. Partek is the only vendor that supplies this complete and powerful NGS analysis suite of tools, which not only includes data-mining/pattern recognition/statistical analysis features for microarray data analysis, but also for NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) based large scale RNA-Seq, ChIP-seq, DNA-Seq, MeDIP-Seq data analysis including other unique functions, such as GSA and all kinds of sequence alignments that is not in Partek Genomic Suits . It is also other unique in its strong graphical capabilities for sophisticated data analysis and visualization, including PCA, MDS, k-means, and a variety of methods for statistical and machine learning. In addition, it has a scripting language (TCL) embedded, which may be used to automate procedures developed with the package. Partek supports comprehensive workflows including data access tools, identification and annotation of important biomarkers, and construction and validation of predictive diagnostic classification systems. Used to analyze and compare gene expression, digital gene expression, alternative splicing, copy number, and regulation (ChIP-chip/ChIP-Seq/microRNA) data in a single software package, Partek is one tool and one interface for all the data analysis across from a multitude of different platforms. Partek® FLOW™ has been used world-wide in biomedical research. The FLOW of tools has become indispensable in providing Bioinformatics support to the research programs all over the world.
SCTL was using Partek Software to enable biologists to do NGS data analysis independently. The software was recommended by NIH library bioinformatics support group and was used by scientists in NIH. https://www.nihlibrary.nih.gov/resources/tools/partek-flow

• Partek Flow is an integrated bioinformatics/biological content platform for the analysis of gene lists, microarray, and NGS data sets
• Pathway analysis capabilities with 3-D graphics (Partek Pathway System) integrated with simultaneous Partek purchased database sets. This integration of literature mining (co-citation), extensive tissue, biological process, and GO filtering, and molecular level knowledge is required for bridging between experimental data and an understanding of, experimental results. It allows for context specific pathway analysis under different biological conditions without limit as to the size/extent of the network, another unique Partek feature.
• It provides all kinds of tools for available alignment methods and all kinds of combinations of downstream data analysis.
• Fully automated workflows for ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq expression NGS experiments that are completely integrated with the platform’s data base content and multiple downstream analysis applications.
• It provides many statistical tools that other similar software cannot provide.
• Single parts of the Partek products, such as GSA and other work flows, are not available from any other vendors. The close integration of all the above functionalities and its high quality proprietary updated data bases, are prerequisite for the analysis NGS data, and ultimately updated with current unprecedented precision.
