The APE and Asteva models offer this key feature, whereas the Newport autocorellator does not. Furthermore, the Asteva autocorellator has a 6 month lead time due to ongoing product development. The APE has a lead time of 6-8 weeks. In conclusion, the APE autocorellator gives us essential functionality with the least delay.
Background/Description of Requirement

Two of the newest 2-photon scanning microscopes suffer from temporal pulse dispersion, which causes a dramatic reduction in their sensitivity and performance. Pulse dispersion is rectified by pre-compensation of the pulsed IR laser beam, but optimization of the pre-compensation requires direct measurements of pulse dispersion at the sample plane (i.e. under the objective) with an autocorrelator.
