Single-Sole Source Determination
Currently these are the only kits in the market that provide the specificity the study is designed for in a single cell level.
Background/Description of Requirement

These kits are the key component to profile cell types and identify novel targets with single cell RNA-seq in the central nervous system of patients with progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML). The goal of this study is to characterize the mechanism of action of experimental immune reconstitution treatment approaches for PML; to investigate the pathogenesis of PML, including the mechanisms of tissue injury and repair and their correlation to findings on MRI; and to characterize features of the immunological predisposition and recovery.
