Single-Sole Source Determination
• This is a one-day, and half workshops are interactive learning in which participants will have the chance to start writing while receiving the latest tips in writing a winning NIH grant. Market research included reviewing scope and cost of past similar requirements, online internet search on estimated airfare costs, and discussions with Acquisitions team member on optimal resources, including BPA Commodity Listing. • Grant Writing Mentors LLC - Can fulfil requirements and provided a quote with the amount of $ 19,500.00
• Grant Writers'' Seminar and Workshops, LLC- Can fulfil requirements and provided a quote with the amount of $ 17,382.00


Background/Description of Requirement

The grant writing workshop is our first annual grant writing workshop of NINDS DIR, collaborating with NICHD. The cost ($17,382) will be equally split between the two ICs: NINDS and NICHD ($8,691 to be charged to each CAN). We received a total of three quotes from the following specialized companies: (1) Grant Writing Mentor’s LLC, (2) Grant Training Center, and (3) Grant Writers Seminars and Workshops.

Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include: unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.

All responses must be received by closing date and must reference the announcement. Responses may be submitted electronically to the attention of the contract specialist. Fax responses will not be accepted.

All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
