The Translational Neuroradiology Section (TNS) houses magnetic resonance imaging data for its long standing research in multile sclerosis as well as from various collaborators within and outside NINDS. The imaging data from neuroimmunology patients that TNS is a part of, spans over 30 years, and averages about 500 scans a year. The data, which contains sensitive PIIs, needs to be searchable and organized for easy retrieval. The new secured server will be used to house the original copy of the data, as well as being used as a compute server for analysis of this data.
