1. All labor and parts needed to maintain the SP5II Confocal System.
2. Service will be performed during regular business hours.
3. Preventative Maintenance (PM): One (1) PM. Preventative maintenance can be performed concurrently with remedial maintenance.
4. Service and Repair:
The PremiumCare service plan includes the following: # 1 preventative maintenance visit (PM) # Unlimited on-site repairs, including replacement for service parts, components, or modules necessary for repairs (excluding lasers, unless quoted separately) # Prioritized on-site response time for remedial services (critical repairs) # Unlimited access to Leica One Call Technical Support Center (standard working hours). # 2-hour telephone call back from Leica One Call # Unlimited access to Remote Services (Remote Care proactive monitoring) # Firmware and software updates when available (excluding Software upgrades and Windows upgrades) All services are performed by factory-trained and certified Field Service Engineers with genuine Leica Microsystems parts to meet our original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
5. Emergency Service: Emergency service calls are includes in this agreement.
With this Leica confocal microscope stellaris 8, we can take high resolution images from both fixed samples and living cultures. These high-resolution images will provide us many critical information, such as where the protein locate in the tissue, how proteins are interacting with each other.
Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include: unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
