Salient characteristics: For the CCB Five Minute Talks Professional coaching training module, The Morgan Group meets all the specified requirements below.
Initial Seminar: For all participants to learn the components and parameters of
the talk, learn how to begin crafting their message, and select the most useful
imagery. Video examples are presented and analyzed. (60 minutes).
Individual One-on-One Sessions: We go over each individual presentation for
slide design, content, and overall narrative. 30 minutes for each Fellow. In person

Review: The instructor will review all slides and narratives before the next
delivery practice session.
Delivery Practice: Individual sessions to practice delivery, flow, vocal quality,
diction, gestures and body language. 30 minutes for each Fellow. In-person in
Baltimore, Rockville, and Bethesda campus.
Final Practice Session: Closer to the conference date, each Fellow will practice
again for final comments and polish.
Attend the final Presentation to witness the work in real-time.

Center on Compulsive Behaviors (CCB) is responsible for providing the training needs of the CCB fellows comprised of Post Docs and Clinical Fellows. As such, the office is tasked with implementing multiple career and development programs to enhance the knowledge necessary for a career in science. One of the most important skills for a trainee to develop early on as a young investigator is communicating their science effectively. In order to meet this training requirement, the CCB would like to offer a series of Five Minute Talks Professional coaching training module necessary to enhance the speaking and presentation skillset of trainees.
Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include: unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
All responses must be received by closing date and must reference the announcement. Responses may be submitted electronically to the attention of the contract specialist. Fax responses will not be accepted.
