This symposium provides valuable information to young scientists on NIH National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) funding priorities and how to apply for your first grants including fellowships (Fs), institutional appointments (T32, R25, K12), individual transition awards (K99/R00), mentored career development awards (K01, K08, K23, K25), and independent research grants (R01, DP2, R03, and R21). Presentations will be followed by a Question and Answer session.
