Open Teams is the currently the only company offering support using vetted, open source-aligned products and trusted partners, including implementation experts, architects, trainers, and more, to drive true business innovation. This project will serve as a test case for additional software development needs throughout the NIMH IRP.

During market research it was determined, after discussions with experts combining scientific and IT expertise, that that no other vendor possessed the requisite experience in with the AFNI, Botiques, and LLMs.
Background/Description of Requirement

The Data Science and Sharing Team (MLT) at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is requesting software engineering services for LLM mediated document extraction to facilitate the creation of nipreps descriptors.

 

The contractor will work in collaboration with DSST staff to use Retrieval Augmentation Generation with various Large Language Model to generate YAML formatted descriptors for AFNI command line tools to be used in the nipreps/Styx package. Requirements are according to the hours of effort and additional LLM/RAG based software development may also be undertaken under this contract. 

 

 


 

 

Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include: unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
