OTS964 was previously reported to be a PBK inhibitor. Consequently, this molecule has not been extensively profiled for its activity within various cancer types. We now know, after extensive characterization using CRISPR-Cas9 experiment, that it is an inhibitor of CDK11. Our objective is to obtain an IC50 for compound-induced cytotoxicity within a 140-cell line panel from the contractor that would ultimately assist in guiding our collaborator in what cancer has inherent vulnerabilities to OTS964. Since all previous data collected by our collaborator (NIDA) was obtained from Reaction Biology, we must continue using them to maintain scientific continuity.

Requirement Description

The objective of this order is to conduct a screen to evaluate the interactions between a target (OTS964) and a set of 140 cancer cell lines.

 

• Perform experiment using OTS964 compound to obtain IC50 compound-induced cytotoxicity values for 140 cancer cell lines.
• Provide a detailed report with the results of the experiment of the OTS964 compound vs. 140 cancer cell lines.
• NCATS ETB will provide OTS964 molecule to contractor.

 

*Note: Shipping cost must be included as a separate line item in any quote submitted or indicated if it is included in the total price of the quotation.

 

Delivery/Warranty

Offerors should indicate an estimated delivery time in full after receipt of an order and any other training or warranty or software licenses applicable. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at NCATS located at 9800 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, MD 20852.

 

An estimated number of days for delivery after receipt of an order must be specified in any quote submitted. Delivery terms anticipated for FOB-Destination shall apply.

 

Contract Type:
