We expect up to 135 people to attend a kickoff meeting of the NCATS Translator project. This is working meeting that will involve plenary sessions as well as workgroups. We are asking the hotel to provide the space and arrange the room into a working space with circular tables and up to 10 chairs per table. We are asking to have an AV technician available for the event to ensure equipment is operational and suits the needs of the meeting (i.e adjusting volume for microphones) for an estimated 5.5 hours a day. The AV technician will provide technical assistance in the event of a malfunction and aid with connecting equipment to personal laptops. This is a notice only and not the RFQ. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing to Brian Lind, brian.lind@nih.gov. Responses to the RFQ must be in writing and must be submitted by by 9:00 a.m. Eastern time, February 14, 2020.
Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include: unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
All responses must be received by closing date and must reference the announcement. Responses may be submitted electronically to the attention of the contract specialist. Fax responses will not be accepted.
All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
