Background/Description of Requirement

LNCB routinely performs voltammetry experiments to measure the concentration of biomolecules such as dopamine from ex vivo brain slices for on-going projects. LNCB already has two recording systems using the Multiclamp700B amplifier with the headstage manufactured by Molecular Devices, which have been performed superbly over 10 years. We would like to add three more voltammetry systems, utilizing three existing Milticlmp700B amplifiers without the headstage for voltammetry. We have tried other products by other vendors for voltammetry experiments, but their performance does not reach to the level of Multiclamp700B amplifier, in terms of noise level and clamping fidelity.
