The overall objective of this project is to investigate effective ways to expand access to MOUD in rural areas. Telemedicine (TM) offers an alternative or complementary approach to delivery of MOUD that is particularly attractive for implementation in rural areas. The CTN-0102 Feasibility study aims to examine the feasibility and acceptability of implementing TM in six rural primary care clinics with varying levels of OBOT capacity to inform implementation strategies for future larger randomized control trials.
