The Humphrey Fellowship Program is pleased to announce the pilot of the Collaborative Alumni Project (CAP) for all eligible Humphrey Fellowship alumni. Projects will further collaboration to address global challenges, share expertise and best practices in fellows’ fields, and strengthen partnerships within the Humphrey network. You must have been a Hubert H. Humphrey fellow to apply.
Successful applications for this grant will 1) demonstrate clear project objectives, 2) include a plan for impact, 3) demonstrate feasibility, and 4) focus on sustainable results. Proposals focused on any field will be considered, but the following themes will be prioritized:
- Climate Change and Environmental Issues
- Food Security Emerging
- Technology/Artificial Intelligence
- Human Rights
- Substance Abuse Reduction; particularly countering synthetic drugs
